Hi to all, bit of a long time lurker. Finally decided to introduce myself. Due to ill health I have been forced to retire BOO! But I still like to keep my hand in. I concentrate mainly on diagnostics now, and I am active on both GM based forums and VAG forums. However I am still learning so hopefully I can pick up some info and repay using my existing knowledge.

Fully updated with all cars including usa cars comes with all adapters & leads required. Also comes with transponder adapter and BCM 2 adapter incase u want to buy immobiliser functions in the future. Fully updated till December 2015.

I wonder if anyone can help or point me in the right direction please. I have been given a laptop and vcds (I think it's a clone) It is running VCDS 10.6.4. However the VCDS software isnt activated/authorised. Is there a way to fix this without spending $99. Thanks for reading.
